The Electriq 10l dehumidifier is a solid model, but, unlike the 20L version, we can't recommend it over alternatives such as the Meaco Small Home Dehumidifier. Electriq dehumidifiers often go under the radar compared to the "big three" manufacturers ( Ebac, E coAir and Meaco) - but they are starting to grow in popularity. With a 10 litre capacity, the Electriq CD10L is clearly designed for smaller homes than the excellent CD20LE. Unfortunately, we don't think it matches the performance of its bigger sibling.With a range of domestic dehumidifiers, relatively low prices and some interesting new features (including smart connectivity and antibacterial properties), it's easy to see why consumers are starting to take note of this new company. One complaint we have about this model is the 5 litre water tank. While this is bigger than most tanks, we would have liked a 6 litre tank considering the high maximum extraction rate. It's also not cheap, so there are probably better options if you don't need the "Smart" features.
