When you pour it out of the bottle, it’s actually quite thin, liquidy and watery (like Mac Face And Body, for instance).

Sweep the product across your face, starting where you want the most coverage and blending outward in long strokes. I don’t think this foundation is suitable for all skin types, though. My skin is a little drier after my Roaccutane treatment and while I still love this foundation, I’d say it’s much better suited to oily skin with no dry or dehydrated patches. Summed up, it’s high coverage, easy to build, keeps oil at bay and lasts for hours — but has never aggravated my skin or made me break out. My skin is generally normal to dry, but due to mask-wearing and other environmental factors, lately it has been feeling drier than usual. Over time, I have acquired more wrinkles and spots due to aging, and I use several skincare products to optimize the appearance and health of my complexion. My daytime skincare routine always starts with a good base layer of a serum or face oil to nourish and hydrate. After this, I am ready for my everyday makeup, which consists of concealer, foundation, blush, mascara, and a lip product. I still tend to need a dab of concealer under my eyes after applying this foundation, but that’s because I’ve got the darkest, inherited under-eye shadows ever — nothing covers them!
