The V is just ornate enough that the open heart doesn’t look out of place on its design, but also minimal enough that it isn’t overly busy either. Each version has distinct dial styles, but all keep the same clean, simple look of a dress watch. There are two generations, but several “spin-offs,” including an open heart version and a small seconds version. Compared to the first version, this version seems MORE CLUTTERED with its dial. This new Orient Bambino Open Heart mixes up the formula a bit. Gone is the date display (in favor of the open heart portion). Past that, it pulls a variety of it’s design cues from other models that have come before (hour markers and hands from v4, crown from the v2 edition).
