About this deal

The scent itself is pretty good. It’s nothing really like the original pour homme, this one is darker. It has some citrus to it, but I would describe this as a more smoky and spicy style of smell. W natłoku premier przeróżnych perfum i flankerów marki Issey Miyake, ten jeden jakoś umknął mojej uwadze. When the wood notes emerge (cedar and sandalwood), so do hints of floral notes, which is mainly the lotus. Not my favorite flower, but not bad here. The musk is noticeable, though, the composition remains clean and fresh and doesn’t get bogged down into a musky mess. What I really enjoy about this cologne is its versatility. To me, it works during any season, but I’ve said that I really dig it when it gets warm. Since I live in a humid region, I need a fragrance which will hold up in the spring and summer months, and Issey Miyake has proven itself capable.

What is equally exciting is the stamina with which the ladies and gentlemen have pushed many intense, nuit's and perfumes into the fragrance world, with quite manageable success. Finally, the base notes of sandalwood, incense, and ambergris emerge, leaving a sensual and long-lasting trail. The woody and oriental notes blend harmoniously, creating a warm and seductive finish. As the fragrance develops, it unveils its heart notes, which consist of nutmeg and blue lotus. These notes add a layer of complexity and depth to the fragrance, creating a rich and intriguing bouquet. This was actually my second Issey Miyake scent which I bought, the first being Bleue and I actually got the original and best (in my opinion) pour homme after both of these. This can be great to have on hand, because I have so many colognes that only work when it’s cold out, that I need something of a go-to for the heat. Also, this is a fragrance that can be worn at work or at school or for a night on the town. It’s designed as a more casual every day kind of fragrance, but it definitely draws women closer.

L’Eau D’Issey Pour Homme Intense is the perfect fragrance for the modern man who seeks to make a bold statement. It is both elegant and charismatic, making it suitable for a variety of occasions, from a formal event to a night out with friends. I would also say that because it is a dark scent, it works better in the Autumn or Winter, rather than Spring or Summer. It’s not as dark as nuit, but it does have some mystery to it. Projection wise, it would always start out really strong for me, and then move into a more moderate phase. Something musty bothers me, and too many components don't fit together. I can say yes to orange at first. After that the camphor and the cinnamon is only strange and in no way harmonious with the nutmeg or the water lily. As analysis to what I dislike so much.Jesteś cool gość, masz jaja jak pierwszomajowe balony, znasz swoją wartość i pachniesz z klasą. Tym pachnie L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Intense. Overall, L’eau D’Issey is a good buy because it’s not too expensive, it’s versatile, and seems to always draw complements. There are others which I think smell better, but there are few which have as many strengths.

A captivating and sophisticated fragrance that embraces the essence of masculinity. With its unique blend of powerful and captivating notes, L’Eau D’Issey Pour Homme Intense evokes a sense of confidence and allure. The citrus and the wood notes, are my favorite ingredients here. That dry down period, is the highlight of L’eau D’Issey, while the opening act is just okay. I always seem to keep L’eau d’Issey to 2-3 sprays max, because of the strength, and not wanting to be outlandish with it on warmer days. Unless I’m outside or it’s going to be a while before I am in close quarters with other people. That’s not really the case here, L’eau d’Issey is pretty sharp at the start, but dry as it is paired with woods, vetiver, spices, and tobacco. As such, the whole thing takes on a different aroma from many other fragrances on the market. I like the citrus notes here. Not as big of a fan, of their initial pairing with the tarragon and nutmeg. It can be too sharp, too potent, but this cologne settles down nicely. It isn’t utterly complex, it is dominated by citrus, then comes the spice, and then the musky and woody base. It is in the same category of scent as something like, Light Blue. An ambery bright incense heralds the onset of the base; whose main impression is constituted of notes of old paper, dusty books in an old library, and papyrus, with another set of notes being added towards the end - mainly a surprisingly soft benzoin, with is given more depth by just a pinch of a saltiness that is the hallmark of a synthetic ambergris-equivalent.

Whether worn during the day or in the evening, L’Eau D’Issey Pour Homme Intense is a fragrance that demands attention. Its unique combination of vibrant citrus, spicy accords, and rich woods creates a scent that is undeniably alluring and impossible to forget. Intense was released in 2007, but in 2009 they released a new limited edition bottle, which is the one I have. It’s the same shape bottle which you get from the series of L’eau D’Issey, but has some differences. The wording on the front is written in a graffiti style in a bright red-orange, giving the whole look bottle a street look.

What Does L’Eau D’Issey Pour Homme Intense Smell Like?

The drydown adds florals - Lotus and whiffs of oleander - as well as gentle spices - cardamom and nutmeg, which are restrained though, and a spiced-up saffron that is being infused some sweetness due to a smidgeon of cinnamon. The yuzu and lemon, get paired with nutmeg and tarragon. It’s spicy but not insanely so. As it dries down, the spice begins to fade for me, and the citrus isn’t as sharp. Whereas Pour Homme works incredibly in the day and could be used on an evening, Intense is more suited to the night. Notes include: lemon, yuzu, tarragon, bergamot, tobacco, vetiver, lotus, nutmeg, musk, cedar, sandalwood, lily So people, if you want to wear good scents from Shiseido, you can resort to Nuit dissey or L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Sport. These are both very pleasant, long lasting and with a pleasant sillage.
