Along with Olaf, Sven appeared in an animated short that played in theaters as Frozen's first teaser trailer. In the short, Sven and Olaf compete for the latter's carrot nose. Though Sven ends the day victorious, it's revealed that he was only trying to help Olaf retrieve the carrot after losing it.
