The Ugni Blanc grapes are then distilled four times in stainless steel column stills while the Mauzac Blanc grapes are distilled in copper stills. These are then blended together at a ratio of 95% Ugni Blanc and 5% Mauzac blanc before undergoing a fifth distillation in a traditional copper pot.
