This could be a new favourite. I'll carry on slowly drinking it and, should my opinion change over time, I'll be sure to update my review. I'm particularly looking forward to trying this with ginger ale or, even, ginger beer. Caribbean – Spiced palate entry. Creamy vanilla custard, fresh sugar cane honey and even a hint of agave.I appreciate that everyone's tastes are different, so this won't be for everyone. If unsure, perhaps try buying a 5cl bottle to test it first. Cornish – Tropical fruit and spices with bold notes of citrus, juicy raspberry and a touch of vanilla. Tangy pink grapefruit and sweet honeycomb, with a base on Guyanese rum from the Diamond Distillery. Scotch -Salted caramel, pineapple, fruity esters, a hint of cassia, fried banana covered in honey, diced nuts. The rum itself is a blend of three-year-old rums that are rested in oak barrels and married with Jamaican ginger and vanilla spices, a concoction that leads to its rich, sweet, and spicy flavour profile. The process of maturation in the barrels allows the rum to develop a complex character, taking on notes of the wood and softening the spirit’s edge to create a smoother drink.
