To find out which size you require, please measure the circumference of your thigh 15cm (6") above the centre point of your kneecap as shown in the diagram below. The Aircast Knee Cryo/Cuff is available in three different sizes according to the circumference of your thigh. Connect the blue tube to the cuff. Raise the cooler no more than fifteen inches above the cuff and allow fifteen seconds for the cuff to fill. (See figure 2).
