This will hopefully be the last scale I'll ever need because this one is by far the best one that's built to last.

The tare function doesn't work for me. I tried to tare my graduated cylinder. When I started adding drops of oil, the scale didn't register anything until drop #14, and even then, it showed those drops as weighing only 0.03g in total. This is incorrect, since two previous tests showed that each drop should weigh approx. 0.03g. This may be as good as it gets for the price point, but it's still not accurate enough for me. I'm trying to convert my essential oil recipes from volume to weight using the smallest amounts possible (just one drop for many oils). Each drop weighs 0.026-0.03 g. Sometimes, for no particular reason, the scale will jump up or down by 0.01-0.03g. This skews my measurements by an entire drop, which is a problem when I'm measuring out oils of intense odor strength. Every drop makes a difference.

if you are weighing 0.03g the reading should be correct to within 0.00006g (since the scale only reads to 0.001g, the reading should be correct!) year. This covers manufacturing faults only, it excludes normal wear and tear, bowls, trays, finishes, clasps, hinges, feet, AC adaptors and batteries; it also excludes being overloaded / dropped (e.g. error messages EEE, 0-Ld, or OUEr). The guarantee is invalid if the scale shows signs of foreign material (e.g. residues of herbs, chemicals, corrosion, spilt tea).
