About this deal

As a reader, I had the pleasure of exploring the pages of this book and immersing myself in the enchanting storytelling and vivid characters created by Cressida Cowell. The story follows the O'Hero-Smith family as they are forced to flee Earth to save their half-sister from a crooked pirate, whom in turn has not only been captured by the most ferocious beat this side of galaxy cluster X, but also whom is being pursued by not one but two space bounty hunters, one resembling the Terminator.

One of the standout aspects of “Which way to Anywhere” is Cowell’s exceptional ability to ignite the reader’s imagination. The author narrates the book herself, and it's a fully produced recording complete with sound effects.Ross Welford introduces Time Travelling with a Tortoise, the sequel to Time Travelling with a Hamster, and a whole new time travel adventure! There are five child characters: K2 and his twin sister Izzabird O’Hero, Theo and Mabel Smith and little Annipeck O’Hero-Smith. I love how the beautiful line drawn illustrations that covered the pages of her Wizards of Once series have continued in her new book as I really feel they give another dimension to the story. She has a BA in English Literature from Oxford University, a BA in Graphic Design from St Martin's and an MA in Narrative Illustration from Brighton.

I found the mixture of magic and technology intriguing and enjoyed the underlying theme of how important family is.But that becomes a bit tricky to do when there are animated toothbrushes, flying Hoovers and, most noticeable of all all, A GIANT ROBOT ASSASSIN! This book has also got brilliant grey drawings, they make me laugh because they have little features that are similar with the characters in the author's other books. a joyously anarchic story which addresses the theme of childhood loss with real psychological acuity. Mafalda is a nine-year-old girl who knows one thing: some time in the next six months her sight will fail completely. A huge thank you to the publisher for sending me this book before its highly-anticipated release in September, of which I urge everyone with a longing to escape this world, to leap into this one.

THE EXCORIATOR vs The Abhorroghast is one of a long list of reasons why CC will remain my favourite.Cressida Cowell grew up in London and on a small, uninhabited island off the west coast of Scotland. It is highly illustrated, so even though this is a big book with a lot of pages it still works for most children, not just those that are super keen on books. Cressida Cowell is the only author who can transport me back to my own childhood wonder through ingenious, imaginative storytelling. The book is stuffed with eccentric characters, some of whom pass through briefly, but may have a larger role to play in the future. Your payment method will be charged immediately, and the product is expected to ship on or around September 19, 2023.
