Rather than simply documenting a scene, my fine art works serve to communicate my memories and feelings about the subject or scene and to evoke an emotional response from the viewer. Carol Fox was a lawyer until 2015, best known in Scotland for successfully fighting mass equal pay cases for low paid women and for playing an active part in the Referendum Campaign. It's also evident that right from the start, the author has never, and I doubt will ever, conform to what society wants just because it's expected.

She champions equality in sport and re-established the WSA Mentoring Program and Developed the Women in Sport Leadership Masterclasses for coaches and administrators at all levels in sport. Carol’s expertise and experience have also earned her recognition as an Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence in the realm of business and sport leadership.

Carol is the co-author of the book Confident Communication for Leaders and the creator and founder of the program inspired by the book.It is a book about hope, persistence, being able to fight for what you want and having a say in your life. Hannah seeks to connect with multiple communities through her humour and passion, walking her talk, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their potential. Mark is a physical performance specialist, who has worked in strength and conditioning and rehabilitation with elite sport teams around the world. While most workplace fitness providers offer either ergonomic assessments or fitness/health assessments and programs, Mark has taken the lessons learned from high performance environments and applied them to the workplace to provide a unique and bespoke approach to improving the health and performance of employees.
