Any lots not taken away within the prescribed time shall be re-sold by the Auctioneers without hesitation. to retain the Deposit and to pursue the Buyer directly for all monies owed including damages for breach of contract; or c) any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or Goods are at the Vendor’s risk until sold and it is for the Vendor to make appropriate insurance arrangements until title is handed to the buyer on the fall of the hammer.
