The movie set is garbage, cheap cardboard. She’s very gentle on her toys for a 7 year old so we’ll see how long it lasts, but even getting it all open to get all the surprises out was stressful. Any typical kid getting a toy on Christmas will rip the box open, but since the box literally is the play set we had to be extremely gentle. If you’re getting this, I’d recommend opening up the tops of the play set & taking out the plastic dividers for the surprises completely to avoid ripping up the movie set. The surprises are still individually wrapped up in LOL paper. Obviously opening everything advent calendar style is more fun for the kids (& time consuming if you’re looking to keep them busy, it took up a good hour of Christmas morning to get everything out), but the set took a beating as a result. It comes with 12 dolls to unbox including 2 OMG fashion dolls, 6 LOL Surprise dolls, 2 Pets and 2 Lil Sisters to ensure that you can create a full cast and crew for each movie you produce!
