When Does the Warranty Coverage Begin? Update: I was able to get the device working again by some miracle. Now I have a software update that will never actually complete after dozens of attempts. I really want to like this product, but the inconsistency of working and not working is so frustrating when you’ve gone through all the prep work for an overnight cook and the device fails out of the gates.
