Whenever you deal with one of these companies, the ‘controller’ of your personal information will be the company in our group that you are interacting with or with whom your information has been shared. A ‘controller’ is a company that decides why and how your personal information is processed. If you would like to protect the second-row of seats headrests and the top of the rear seats, then you will need the Rear Seat Flap. This Extra has two functions;

If we collect your personal information, the length of time we retain it is determined by a number of factors including the purpose for which we use that information and our obligations under other laws. We may share your information with other companies within our Authorised Dealer Network. They may use your personal information in the ways set out in How we use your personal information in Section 4 or in connection with products and services that complement our own range of products and services, for example finance or insurance products. Because our boot liners are custom made, in addition to fitting your Mercedes Benz perfectly they can also include a number of optional extras. These include three different types of Hatchbag Floor Mats: We will supply your personal information to CRAs and they will provide us with information about you. CRAs will supply public (such as the electoral register) and shared credit information. This will include information relating to both your financial situation and history in addition to information used for the purposes of fraud prevention. Protect your car with our Fully Tailored Boot Liner, designed to fit closely to the contours of your boot. This boot liner is made with our heavy duty material which is durable, flexible and smart.As each vehicle is different our boot liners are designed to fit the specifics of that certain model. The identities of the CRAs, their role also as fraud prevention agencies, the data they hold, the ways in which they use and share personal information, data retention periods and your data protection rights with the CRAs are explained in more detail in the Credit Reference Agency Information Notices (CRAIN). When the seats are folded, a small section of the rear passenger seats will be exposed - this is normal, and it is due to the position of the seat hinges. (see photo 3). To protect this exposed area, we recommend you add a Rear Seat Flap (See Step 4. Extras) or for further coverage, a Bootliner Extension that covers up to the front seat headrests. (See Step 2. Bootliner Extension) If you are making a joint application, or inform us that you have a spouse, partner or financial associate, we will link your records together. Please ensure you discuss this with the relevant parties, and share this information with them, before lodging the credit application. CRAs will also link your records together and these links will remain on your and their files until such time as you or any other individual involved in a joint application successfully files for a disassociation with the CRAs. During the retargeting process, we may also collect information about your interest in the products and services of our retargeting partners. Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing your personal information or need to process it in connection with your contract, as set out under Section 4 How we use your personal information, you may ask us to provide you with a copy of that information in a structured data file. We will provide this to you electronically in a structured, commonly used and machine readable form, such as a CSV file.
You might take good care of the outside of your car, but the inside can often be a little neglected, especially in the boot. This is the spot where we put our dirtiest tools and materials, carry the dog, and bring home our food from the supermarket, but it is also the area that we pay least attention to. You have the right to opt-out of our use of your personal information to provide marketing to you in any of the ways mentioned above.
