Very disappointed, my original Ravine Boots gave me 3-4 years of service no problems hence the reason for purchasing same again. The rubber outsole is shock absorbing and has a good deal of traction and gives extended wear to the boot.

The Hi Tech Ravine WP has a good amount of rigidity provided by the nylon midsole insert, whilst the EVA insoles provide cushioning.
