The seat felt very stable when fitted with ISOFIX fixings and a three-point seatbelt, with or without her daughter in the seat. It also felt stable when fitted with just a seatbelt, but it didn't feel as secure in this configuration if her child wasn't in the seat. According to the instruction manual, the middle seat is the optimum location for the Britax Römer Kidfix III M in a Citroën Grand C4 Picasso (Jemma's car).
