I've have it 4 times on CD (they get "borrowed", it was actually pretty hard to get these) and the original guitar tab book. Ignore the fact that it’s a B-Sides comp, just listen to it as stand-alone album, and it still stands up. VG/EX means that the item's sleeve is in Very Good condition and the disc is in Excellent condition.
