I found the keyboard's action to be light and suited to speedy synth performance, but although velocity-sensitivity is present and correct, aftertouch has sadly fallen by the wayside. If only this had BT, it would outsell Korgs Nano Key Studio which in my opinion has less playable keys, otherwise it’s maybe better choice if you need bluetooth and smaller device. The main thing Novation might do better is to make the labels of the rotary knobs easier to read - perhaps by putting the labels below the knobs instead of above where they are prone to being obscured by the knobs themselves – and to have a more generous-sized LED display.
