Based on the different development according to weather conditions,I think this perfume will probably shine even more during wintertime. Doesn’t mean it’s not enjoyable, but this is a good instance of judging a book by its cover actually making sense. Maybe I got a bad bottle to begin with, but all I can smell is some plasticky sourness from fake, wannabe citruses. The rose gives it a soft floral romantic scent while the bamboo adds a green crispness to the scent.

If I could describe this scent, I could best describe it as a cheap synthetic fruity smelling shampoo. All I get is dried prunes, cheap apple flavored lollipop (complete with plastic wrapper), bland fluffy white musk, and synthetic vanilla extract.Now I’m not mad that I won’t wear it as it was under a tenner for 100ml and I love the bottle, it looks really nice with my collection. I would say that this is a spring and summer type of fragrance but because of the bottle and the almost candy-like scent, I only reach for this around fall. Purr is a very simple and likable scent for all ages, it is fresh and sweet, peach, freesia, vanilla, and coconut.

Not a fan of the bottle as it looks a bit cheap and childish, but was very on brand for Katy Perry's image at the time. I reviewed this years ago and I found the scent repulsive, now I think it is a little nice freshen up perfume, very inexpensive but still decent. I hate to attach age limits to fragrances because that's stupid, anyone can like whatever smell they want to! There are things I do really like/love about this fragrance but there are also things I just don’t like. Every time i think its a so so fragrance i just put it away and let the molecules readjust to the minnesota weather and after awhile the magic is back! On the evenings that are for only you and you alone then you can smell like sweet candy if you so desire. this smells in the opening of fresh citrus with gardenia, peach, and musk and then as it gets from tops to mids you smell the bamboo, apple and rose.
