About this deal

Place the gel pack in the wrap or at least cover before applying to skin, Gel stays flexible even when frozen. Heat should not be applied directly after injury, you have to wait for the swelling to die down before treating with heat therapy. The sooner ice is applied to a muscle strain or sprain, the quicker the pain and swelling is reduced – speeding up the recovery process. It's made from higher grade fabric than non-woven hot and cold sleeves/covers and comes with a strap which makes securing or attaching your ice pack even easier.
