All costs incurred by Julien’s Auctions in connection with the removal or disposal of any such Lot shall be paid by Winning Bidder within ten (10) days of our demand therefor. IT INCLUDES A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION, WHICH MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SITES TO BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN PROCEED IN COURT. The arbitrator will decide the substance of all claims in accordance with applicable law, including recognized principles of equity, and will honor all claims of privilege recognized by law.
