It may not be my favorite CoHo book, but I recommend it to all of you who want to discover a unique love story that rised from the ashes of two tormented hearts. However, she soon discovers that Holder’s erratic and unpredictable behavior comes with a very good explanation. Sometimes you just have to choose between a bunch of wrong choices and pick the one which feels the least wrong.But still that's not enough: we have a hero who carries all the guilt of the universe on his shoulders, witness the kidnapping of the heroine, learn about the rape of the heroin and his twin. every time i read a colleen hoover novel, i lay awake at night, desperately wishing i grew up with a boy next door who i could have loved and who would have cared for me. All you have to do is close your eyes and reach out to yourself, extend your hand and hold that part of yourself tight. Still it is NOT enough: the heroine's father shoots himself in the head in front of the h and H and they somehow take it all in stride.

She was a wonderfully strong, brave heroine – the kind you want to look up to and make you feel proud of. The series is made up of four books, each of which builds upon the previous one to create a story that is full of heart, hope, and healing.
