In the dry down you still get the same salted melon smell, but the wood and musk notes are much more noticeable. I've never tried the Creed so won't be able to compare; but this completely fits what people describe MI - salty watermelon, seaside breeze, sense of bougieness. The opening is a bit more metallic than CMI, however after 3-4 minutes you're getting the better version of the original. Though leaning more towards the feminine spectrum, it's versatile enough to be enjoyed by both genders, making it a go-to fragrance for many, myself included.

Whenever I wear this, I imagine myself on a boat, the heat of the sun contrasted by the cool breeze and smell of the ocean.
