If you want a cooler shoe, you won't get all that pillowy goodness encasing your foot from the heel, around the collar, and along the top of your foot embedded in the tongue.
Thankfully they felt supportive enough and did not give me any pain or soreness in my feet as I usually get after using lightweight shoes for longer sessions. On the upper, the exteriors are stripped of the high-density printing detail that was on the GTS 19. If the upper has split near the toe box you might want to consider going up a half a size or in some cases, change the width of your shoes. The BioMoGo DNA and DNA LOFT cushioning give just enough softness under your foot but remain durable. If long runs of 10+ miles are your main training motif, yet you want a shoe that can also handle intervals, go with the Adrenaline GTS 20.
