About this deal

I was on the fence about this at first because it is a bit of a generic fruity scent, and do I really need another? Escada sometimes has a sourness to their fruit notes and can sometimes smell too sweet or like a fruit bowl. The opening top notes aren't too bad and for a few seconds you may believe that this will develop into quite a likable fragrance.

I am sorry as this is not my intention to offend anyone, but this is such an average scent that it doesn't have the right to be even exposed in the same place as the big houses like Guerlain or Dior or others like them. My brother who is a 212 wearer thinks it is actually stronger than 212 but I think it is lighter due to the no musk to it.

While it remains fruity and lightly floral, the amber, benzoin and violet leaf are all very present in the dry down, and when they join the party, they round out and complete this wonderfully girly, playful summer scent. I wish it lasted longer and was stronger which is why I have 2 bottles so I can spray myself as much as I want. I do really like the fresh and fruity notes but the basil and pepper just don't mesh with the fruity notes and it makes this a synthetic mess of a fragrance. Top notes are Red Apple, Blood Orange and Violet Leaf; middle notes are Mango, Apple Blossom and Jasmine; base notes are Musk, Woodsy Notes, Benzoin and Amber. Hearts and Daggers for Men (2009) is one such aquatic, and like many in this class, attempt to rebound from the harsh, overzealous youth-targeting of ozonics but still maintain a fun vibe by having something other than florals and "ocean/beach/fresh water smell" in them.

Sweet mango, crisp red apple, and fresh squeezed blood orange with subtle hints of apple blossom and jasmine. The thing is that when I first see the bottles and the packages of Ed Hardy's from Christian Audigiere, the last thing that comes to my mind is that these are ? It reminds me a lot of Ann Gottlieb's work and I wouldn't be surprised to learn she is the nose behind this, as there is none officially listed. My best friend wears this fragrance, but I never identified it on him, just saw this fragrance bottle on his dresser a few times when I went to his house for drinks.

When I finally realized it was coming from the wrist with the Ed Hardy fragrance on it, I was floored. This smells like shampoo, or the combination of lotion, deodorant, shampoo, and conditioner that a girl smells like out of the shower.

While it is appealing, obviously enough for me to have used up both bottles in the past, I would not purchase again. positive thing I do have to say is that this is unique as I can't really think of any other fragrance that smells like this. i like tattoos and skulls and i really enjoyed this scent also i can really smell the blood orange in there. It is very strong and lasted all day for me and I too found it had a strong cranberry scent and this was the most dominant smell for me in this particular one.

By flat I mean when you smell certian fragrances you get lots of different notes which makes you go "oooh" "mmm" "yum" etc but with this it's just "oh thats nice". It's quirky and strange, daring and drys down to an aquatic freshness that is miles away from any Nautica or CK flanker, but from an objective point of view I can't give this a thumbs up. This one does have the sweetness and the floral notes but unlike the others I've tried in this line, I get the base notes very clearly. Unlike many perfumes with apple scents in them, this one doesn't smell fake or highly concentrated to me.It brings together the unrelenting force of attractiveness and tempting fragrances of love, Romance and Glamour.
