If we’re honest, there will be more than just a few midges around in some west coast places, and especially in the early morning and as the sun sets in the evening.

The Scottish Midge Forecast is created using data collected from biting midge traps and mini-weather stations across Scotland. Ingredients - water (Aqua), lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) and citronella essential oil (Cymbopogon nardus).Unlike other repellent’s it sprays on similar to a cream and doesn’t like a greesy grime in your skin. All of the ingredients are human grade, and include 20% Icaridin (the World Health Organisation's preferred repellent) which mimics the natural compound piperine, an essential oil in black pepper. Well, it is pleasant to use, easy to apply, dries quickly, smells okay and not overpowering and, it works for me.
