I love the way the green AG1 tin just sits snugly in my kitchen cupboard; it’s tidy and if I was to subscribe to the AG1 powder, then I would re-use it continually. It has been traditionally used to support digestive health and relieve symptoms of indigestion, bloating, and gas. I have less brain fog and the taste of mango makes this product extremely easy to drink, not the usually soily flavour most greens have. We'd describe the other ingredients that FS Greens describes as "key" as pretty standard, for example chlorella, spirulina, and wheatgrass. Struggled for years, had so many tests done etc but these are so good and they don't even taste bad.

As someone who experiences hormonal imbalances, I was pleased to find that taking FS-Greens really helped to regulate my menstrual cycle. Chlorella is also rich in antioxidants, which can help protect against oxidative stress and support immune function, making it beneficial for women’s health. Overall, I rate FS Greens as an excellent green powder with a well-thought-through selection of superfood ingredients.

The greens were a bit too sweet for me at first but now i just add more water and also some lime or lemon juice. Alfalfa powder is rich in vitamins and minerals, including calcium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and K. When I first tried the protein powders I blended with just almond milk and ice and it just doesn’t hit the same, I’m glad I didn’t give up.

As for the ingredients and the product itself - since using these greens for just over a week I've noticed that I have more energy; I feel more balanced; my skin and nails are healthier and I just feel great!
