Stolichnaya Elit Vodka is distilled from Russian winter wheat and filtered through a column of Siberian birch charcoal, Stolichnaya Elit undergoes a freeze filtration process involving flash-chilling the vodka to –18°C and passing it through two additional charcoal filtration. Slowly fermented top quality grain is distilled 3 times creating a spirit so pure that no traces of methanol can be found. The resulting liquid is purified using exceptionally fine qurtz sand and passed through Russian birch wood charcoal.
