This Bosch WAN282X1GB is an automatic washing machine with EcoSilence Drive™: quiet operation and durability that you can rely on. EcoSilence Drive reduces energy loss, SpeedPerfect reduces washing time, and, handily, you can reload forgotten items mid-wash. It uses built-in sensors to calculate how much water is needed for each load, so you won't waste money on excess water or electricity. We look at how clear the instructions are, how easy the machine is to load and to unload, we check the clarity of markings on the control panel and how easy the controls are to use.

We check how well each machine rinses detergent away from clothes by stopping the machines just after the rinse phase and then analysing the remaining water for signs of detergent.
