Ingredients: 50ml Beefeater 24 London Dry Gin, 150ml Premium Tonic Water Cubed Ice and a Grapefruit Wheel

Method: Fill a copa glass with ice and pour 50ml of Beefeater 24 London Dry. On top of the classic Beefeater botanicals like juniper and citrus, Chinese green tea and rare Japanese sencha tea are added to the copper pot stills.
