This review finds that SBs have distinctive social relations of work, apprehensions of workplace risk, and legislative requirements. The author argues that the proliferation of conferences, handbooks, and journals in qualitative inquiry can be seen as part of a “pedagogical turn” in the field. Poor sleep quality is a severe and disabling symptom that negatively impacts the general health status of people diagnosed with FM. Lack of acknowledgement of poststroke fatigue complicates the coping process and invokes additional emotional distress. Recommendations for implementation in VBAC decision aids include facilitating women's involvement in decision‐making, satisfying their information needs, and delivering appropriate emotional support.Four sub-themes emerged from the results: (1) evaluation of poor sleep quality, (2) response to poor sleep quality, (3) management strategies to favor sleep, and (4) managing the consequences of a sleepless night. Results showed that preceptors have three distinct sets of learning needs: the need to know the expectations of their role, wanting to know how best to role model for the student, and knowing how to socialize the student into the profession of nursing. Yet there is no consensus about the best way to synthesize findings resulting from different methods for addressing confounding. In particular, the informal workplace social relations can limit workers' and employers' apprehension of risk, and policy and complex contractual conditions in which SBs are often engaged (such as chains of subcontracting) can complicate occupational health responsibilities. The reader is at once informed and entertained by immersion into considering the truly important questions surrounding what ought to constitute knowledge within our current social and temporal context.

Overall, this evidence synthesis found a moderate level of evidence for intervention effectiveness, and found no evidence that any intervention had adverse effects. In particular, we distinguish between qualitative analysis applied to narratives and narrative analysis as a method. In accordance with Sandelowski and Barroso [34] and to fulfill the fifth step of a qualitative metasynthesis on "Maintaining quality control", we used established methods for the methodological quality assessment (CASP approach) and the analysis of the findings (metasynthesis). No previous review has been made on how the partner relationship is affected following cardiac disease.Overall, the qualitative studies were found to be of good quality when assessed using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme checklist.
