This sauce uses Artichoke hearts and Dorset Naga’s which delivers a nice smooth tasting sauce that will hopefully go well on my salad rolls for lunch. Slow-cooked peaches and Naga Jolokia chilies, better known as the ghost pepper, make this a sweet peach of a hot sauce, but don’t be fooled it isn’t to be taken lightly! Full disclosure I like hot sauces but I don’t liked them too hot, my palate cannot take it and when I taste something too hot I just get the heat and nothing else.

It isn’t too hot either… I’m usually cautious with new chilli/hot sauce products that say they are hot just in case, but I ended up putting quite a few teaspoons of this on my sandwich and it was immense. These mega concentrates of nature’s napalm are only for the innitiated, the insane or those who seek danger!

This stuff is amazing, either as a stand-alone tonic to wake you up and sort you out in the morning or as a blender with gin. Carefully bottle the hot sauce while it is still hot, this will help sterilize the bottles, be sure to use bottles that have already been sterilized. The first taste had me sweating all over and the second spoon full has just rocked my mouth for the last ten minutes.
