About this deal

It is an extraordinary gustatory adventure and a discovery of the unique South of France lifestyle, all at the same time. Firstly, a single-shot gin is made by distilling the six traditional gin botanicals together ( cardamon, grains of paradise, pink pepper, juniper, iris and coriander). Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Distilled from wine made with Provençal grapes and infused with the scent of garrigue herbs, this is the gin for Francophiles and especially lovers of France’s sun-blessed south. Overall, Provence is a region that is known for its high-quality wines that are perfect for enjoying on a warm summer day.

Palate: To taste this has a lovely creamy spice with bright grapefruit and citrus freshness which would go well with a premium tonic and some cinnamon for garnish. The Roberts family took charge in 1978 – third generation distillers who’ve inherited a tradition of gathering local medicinal herbs from the Lure mountains in Haute Provence for their liqueurs and spirits. With each sip, you'll be transported to the sun-drenched vineyards and fragrant herb gardens of the South of France. The long connection between the Royal Navy and rum can be traced back to 1655 and Vice-Admiral William Penn's expedition to the West Indies. The 12 botanicals eventually blend in a very smooth, refined gin with an extraordinary refreshing power. By blending together the tradition of gin with herbs of Provence, we are proud to elaborate the first rosé dry gin in Provence as a summary of our region with a refreshing premium gin. It may be pink or should I say blush, however has a nice dry finish a somewhat different experience from some of the sweet artificial tasting pink guns out there. As you’d expect, they make this a truly refreshing spirit – over ice, or served with a special tonic.
