This complex, balanced single malt whisky is aged in only the finest hand-selected sherry oak casks, which have never before been used for whisky. The whiskey has a rich and silky consistency that glides elegantly across the palate and leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste.On the palate, this lovely dram has notes of molten chocolate, dried apricots, toffee penny sweets and some strawberry preserve.
