The Fighting Stick Mini: Street Fighter Edition lacks a button-lock switch to deactivate the Capture, Home, Plus, and Minus buttons. I find myself recommending Hori’s Mini Pad for Switch on the basis of it stacking up nicely even against the first party devices. As stated in the title this is a wired gamepad so there is no need to recharge or change the batteries.

The lack of such a feature is disappointing as I thought something like this would be mainstay feature for gaming controllers going forward. For smaller scale weeding and planting, the stainless steel blade of the Mini Hori is absolutely perfect for house plants, succulents and, in place of a dibber, pricking out seedlings. After all, you wouldn't want to accidentally pause a game during tournament play, a situation that leads to an automatic round loss.
