The story was broadly linear - articulating Johnathan's experience of the life events outlined by his mother in the Intro. Teach Us Too’ had been born, and national newspapers began to pick up Jonathan’s story, with his proudest moment being seeing his poem “Song Of Voice” printed in The Times. Immersing myself in a story is the most enjoyable, wonderful escapism; books have nourished my mind and prevented mental decay during my years of silence. This is an astonishing and wonderful account of a young man about whom there is so much more than might be assumed based on appearances. I was passed this book by a PA/Carer of my son's who knew of Jonathan Bryan from a teacher who knew him. Jon has lived through all of this and much more, but he is ever forward thinking and has written this book at the age of 12 ! It makes me wonder if there is some great fiction formulating in his mind that we may get to read one day.
