There’s nothing very specific in the lyrics as Jobson urges; ‘Look at the world around you, realise the dreams, got to fight for the answers, open your eyes and see’, but it’s a pretty safe bet which enemies this particular politicised Scot is drawing our attention to. But then the wheels come off the wagon with the arty "Things We've Seen", what were they thinking, this is nil pointe horrible and one I'll be skipping in future, enough said. Third track "Don't Stop" comes roaring out of the blocks but then has a change of direction and becomes kind of arty in a Bowiesque rocking way, its ok but after that wonderful start I can't help but feel it could have been better. Here We Go, How To Be Free and Wings Of Desire follow in similar anthemic fashion before Things We’ve Seen, a haunting and atmospheric trek across Europe full of nostalgia and regret, brings things to a close. It is a real shame, because Great Prize is a crackerjack of a song with a top notch vocal arrangement.
