So if you intend to use the sub for additional things other than just production and especially if you wire your speakers through your sub consider this a lot. The extra depth made for a more complete monitoring experience and the sub behaved perfectly without drawing attention to itself. I would definitely recommend grabbing a "Hosa FSC-501 Latching Footswitch" (also bought here on SweetWater) so you can switch the sub on and off without any issues. Furthermore, relieving satellites from reproducing a demanding part of the audio spectrum, due to power required, formation of vibrations, resonances, standing waves, cone break-up, saturation of the amps .

While reciting the T Series design language, the T10S is one of the most compact subwoofers in its class, which allows it to be easily integrated into any studio environment. Personally I wouldn't go for this sub if I knew this beforehand and sadly there is nothing you can do to tune it. This sub beautifully compliments my Adam T5Vs, they sound incredible together, and one of my close friends who paired this sub with the T7Vs also loves his. Equally, the T10S can be paired up to almost any standard studio montiors via Balanced XLR or Unbalanced RCA cable connectors. They mention that it has great sound quality, imaging is amazing, and you can hear more detail in your mixes that previously went un-noticed. The chosen configuration is that of Bass Reflex with a door that opens to the outside of the cabinet through a horizontal slot. Calibration settings are provided for use with the T‑series speakers but as I did my tests using my own ADAM A7s, I had to set the main/sub balance myself. For seamless A-B testing during your mix process, your can connect a latching footswitch to the T10S too. Products that are no longer in the regular current ADAM Audio product portfolio are not covered by the warranty.There is enough bass despite 5 inch woofers for nearly all styles and genres you might work with, and the filters and sound shaping options work a treat for tuning the T5v's to your space. All the controls and connectors are located on the flush steel rear panel, and these include stereo inputs and outputs on both balanced XLRs and unbalanced RCA phonos (but not jacks).
