The perfume pyramid of Profumo Special Blend is completely incorrect, it should not have the same note breakdown as regular Profumo.

I really need to smell this on a man because on paper the incense is so unbearably strong it makes me choke. Wore this to the office for the first time and my colleague asked what the hell I am wearing because it smells so good within 30 seconds of sitting down.Let our powers combine (While reading this review please play Captain Planet intro music in your head). The Og ADG And Essenza Are Legendary, but I am Probably The only one get from this light Version of LA NUIT DE L'HOMME! Unusual spicy opening that smooths out rapidly into an almost "fresh oriental" warmth that could transfer into a summer evening out easily.

But don't come on here and say that the original Profumo is the same fragrance as Special Blend, because that is complete bs and it is clear that you haven't even bothered to thoroughly test Special Blend, if at all. It's like a virgin who spent timeless hours on a rpg game judging on random people's inventory assuming everyone wants to be like him. Never had the chance to do a side-by-side comparison with the other profumo, but from memory they're 95% similar with the special blend main difference being A LITTLE BIT SWEETER DUE TO THAT BETTER PATCHOULI AND INCENSE.I would not wear this during extreme heat during daytime but it could work on summer evenings in more formal and climate control environment.

I was ready to regret purchasing this Special Blend, but instead I'm impressed by the quality of this overall aquatic patchouli fragrance. The Essence Vault are full strength (Eau De Parfum) and NOT Eau De Toilette, meaning that these are long lasting scents. Yes my friends, that opening with the stronger incense/patchouli was still rocking out on my fragrance devouring skin. the opening and drydown is awesome, am not usually a fan of sea notes but they use it so so well, less salty and more sweetenss!the first time i smelt it i was confused tryng to understand from where this paradisiac perfume was coming from.

The performance is perfect (and I have a 2019 bottle), being strong but never overwhelming, leaving behind an elegant trail. This one took me a minute since I normally wear regular Profumo during the Fall/Winter months here in Italy.As others have said just below, the incense with aquatic can really screw this up depending on the person. I think it is a fresh clean scent that is great for high heat, cool nights and you could feasibly wear this anytime of the year and get away with it. Don't get discouraged because some chick/dude on YouTube say it smell like their dad or it's a old man scent.
