Brielle is the nanny and she has no experience so she has to navigate dealing with a surly teen and an alpha-hole boss.

When they break up, he goes to his old “therapist” which is actually just a place where he used to have sex. I mean, it’d been a long time since I’ve read an alphahole book, but usually I can find something to enjoy, especially when you get to see the hero let go of the jackassery and embrace the love. The back and forth was frustrating, yet somehow I tolerated it, because they were two complicated and messy characters, just like real life is. All manner of calamity and hilarity ensues as Brielle attempts to learn the ropes of her new position. The turns in the plot are sharp and it’s very dependent on big emotional swings that didn’t work for me.

I absolutely DEVOURED this story, I mean on the edge of my seat, completely oblivious to the world around me, devoured this story!
