About this deal

With Tiffany and Chucky releasing on Monday, the mods wanted to dedicate a mega-thread for them to avoid spamming the reddit with posts! The limited-edition launch is marking the 35th anniversary of Chucky’s first appearance, in the 1988 horror film Child’s Play. The dolls are dressed in their classic outfits, with Chucky wearing his striped shirt and overalls, and Tiffany in her white wedding dress and leather jacket. While Barbie may be one of the most popular princess franchisees, Chucky is one of the most loved horror icons.

Black Christmas, Anna and the Apocalypse, Oculus and It Follows are some of his favorite films of all time. This has also allowed him to meet some of his favorite filmmakers/actors like Mike Flanagan, Matthew Lillard, John Carpenter, Grace Caroline Curry, Steve Burns and Kathryn Newton.

While the dolls in the "Skullector" line are known to sell out quickly, fans can't help but be hopeful and excited for the major release. As mentioned earlier, the two new dolls will be available all across the country starting May 1, 2023.

He graduated from Regis College in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Communication and minored in both Film Studies and Writing. Brands Untapped will also play host to a suite of events taking place across the year; more announcements on those to follow soon! Fans looking to get their hands on the new dolls are advised to follow the brand's social media pages to stay up-to-date on further details. Part of the brand's "Skullector" line, the new dolls were teased on the brand's Instagram page this week. Following in the wake of dolls based on The Shining, Stephen King’s IT, Beetlejuice, Gremlins 2, and Elvira, two more horror icons are joining Mattel’s “Monster High” collection.
