About this deal

Way past the Mesozoic and into the carboniferous and the Cambrian (this last one is a stretch, I admit). In this fascinating book Dr Ellis Silver provides answers to all of these questions, based on current evidence and thinking in the scientific community and elsewhere. Beyond that, it's one that leaps to conclusions and makes lots of assumptions that may or may not be correct. Humans made their own different approaches according to their understanding and thinking, that complex life started with a single-cell bacteria present in the sea about 4 billion years ago, then the process of evolution began.

They might also have evolved their own form of synchronization, perhaps using pheromones, so that all the plants of the same species grow and ripen at the same time. This idea, which I also pursue in my upcoming book, The Ascent of Information , leads to a number of quite startling and provocative proposals. Also needs to explain if humans and chimps are so different why the skeletons have the same number of bones in nearly the same orientation. A scientific evaluation of the evidence for and (mostly) against man’s evolution on Planet Earth, by a leading environmentalist and ecologist. If you're interested in discovering the truth about humankind's origins, this mind-blowing and compelling book is a must-read. I don't know what the answers are, but it's fun trying to learn about them, and this book did a wonderful job adding to my wealth of knowledge! Every piece of evidence we have points towards our unfortunate, inevitable trending towards that end, with every burning star, every gravitational merger, and even every breath we, ourselves, take.

It's full of really bad arguments: we are not native to earth because we get sunburns and bad backs, for instance. A scientific evaluation of the evidence for (but mostly against) humanity’s evolution on Planet Earth, by a leading ecologist and environmentalist. After all, in a gene-centered view of biology, all living things are simply temporary vehicles for the propagation and survival of information. Here's what you'll discover: * 53 factors that prove we couldn't have evolved on Earth * Why we're here on Earth, and how and when we got here * Where our true home planet is, and what it's like to live there * Why valid evidence is ignored, denied and covered up by scientists and governments. That might not sound too bad—except the growth trend of our digitized informational world is such that it requires approximately 40 percent more power every year. Our inability to cope with our sun in various ways (a little thing like squinting is discussed) and lots of other things that make you go 'hmmmm'.
