The distilled water is then placed into brand new, clean, food-grade HDPE bottles, all at our Northamptonshire based site. Our demineralised water is passed through an ion exchange resin bed which removes impurities from non-pure water. Pure steam distilled water (Also referred to a dH2O water) can also be used instead of de-ionized water.

Regular tap water is unsuitable for many cooling applications due to the minerals that contribute to the electrical conductivity of water, de-ionised water has a far lower level of conductivity and does not result in unwanted scale build up. Distilled water 25L has a wide range of applications including scientific, commercial and household uses. Not suitable for drinking or human consumption – Whilst distilled water is considered non-hazardous, it is not suitable for drinking as distillation takes out minerals normally in drinking water.We manufacture a wide range of degreasers, disinfectants, professional cleaning and hygiene chemicals to combat a variety of workplace challenges. Our feed water is filtered three times and forced through a reverse osmosis membrane at very high pressure to create a superior starting water, often below 10ppm to start with! The impurities of filtered water can be over 20 times higher than that of distilled water as filtration is an inferior practice that does not remove the dissolved impurities, heavy metals and bacteria.

These 25 litre Distilled Water drums are made from food-grade HDPE (high density polythene), which is recyclable and does not contain BPA.

Purified distilled water is normally good for plants but it is important to note that distilled water contains very little if any goodness which may be required by the plant. Distillation on the other hand removes a grater quantity of impurities and is very effective at removing bacteria and viruses but due to the high purity of Golyath distilled water and therefore lacking minerals we don't recommend it for drinking as is. Our pure distilled water 25L is manufactured to the highest standards using a multistage filtration process including steam distillation.

This product is supplied in a 25 litre sterile container and has a distillate conductivity of 1-4 microsiemens/cm.The modifications that we have made to our distillers over the years mean that our units operate extremely efficiently with very little water being wasted and waste heat from the process even heats our offices! This is especially important in new items with water reservoirs where regular tap water can cause furring and damage.
