About this deal

I haven’t tried removing foundation with the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, but it did take my powder and brow products off quickly and easily.

I have to admit that I didn’t follow the instructions for using the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil to the letter. Although Deep Cleansing Oil is incredibly moisturizing and conditioning, it's not meant to be used as a moisturizer. si stende facilmente con le mani e toglie immediatamente il trucco, basta un semplice risciacquo e puoi procedere con la crema. Please feel free to look around, there's not much yet, but posts will be regularly uploaded once a week! This means it’s a great option for me to take when I travel to my parents, as long as I don’t loose the wedge.

I love this product because it's fine on my skin and doesn't cause any irritation as I have combo/dry skin during the Summer. ITS absolutely the best product for makeup removal, or just a lovely oily massaging evening face routine!

I mean, maybe if you have the driest of skin, you’ll like Uriage’s Cleansing Face Oil, but to me it feels like I’m rubbing cooking oil on my face. Double cleansing is a centuries-old Japanese ritual for achieving a clean, fresh, and incredibly soft complexion. I don’t like using makeup wipes as skin gets really irritated with them, and similarly, strong makeup removers end up making my skin flakey and dry! This botanical formulation features antioxidant-rich organic olive oil and vitamin E to hydrate, soften and protect against free radical damage, and rosemary leaf oil to invigorate and refresh.Obviously it helps that because of my blog, but mostly due to my prior job at Marie Claire, I’ve been sent a lot of products to try out. As this is then followed by a serum, a moisturising face mask, more serum and moisturiser, my skin is able to cope. DHC deep cleansing oil makeup remover completely dissolves all traces of dirt and cosmetics—even waterproof mascara and eyeliner—while nourishing your complexion with antioxidant-rich olive oil.

I use it at the beginning of my cleansing routine morning and night, not only does it deeply cleanse it is amazing to use during my shaving routine. Cleansers can’t be relied upon to have any sort of effect as it’s only on the skin for about 60 seconds before it’s washed off. I love using this oil cleanser as my initial cleanse as it does a fantastic job of melting away makeup, drawing out impurities and preparing my skin for the next step. I got it because I have sebaceous filaments on my nose, and saw on tiktok you can use this for oil gritting to get them off.

While I’d never choose to put a product directly into my eyes, it’s hard to completely avoid this happening when taking off eye makeup. Not only that, but the oil was so thick that I could only use hot water and a wash cloth to remove it.

A darn shame if you ask me, because that leaves us with very little cheap options to try out this silky soft way of removing your make-up.

It leaves my skin feeling really clean, no residue, and with no tightness unlike many other products I've tried. Rub the oil in circular motions across your dry face and neck, paying attention to your eyes where you should use a light touch, and your lips where you’ll want to rub away any dead skin.
