There’s also the low rack; perfect for roasting chicken or baking potatoes, and the high rack to steam veggies, fish and dumplings, or to keep cooked food warm while other food below is cooking. After having washed them several times in the dishwasher, it is recommended to wipe the whole of the inner surface of the bowl with a little oil.
