I had my doubts about how well the event would work over Zoom, but it was a great success, partly due, I think, to the delight and expectation with which they received their tea party packages which I sent in advance, the highlight of which was certainly your candle.

I do foundationless, but recently I've been trying to get them to draw comb on foundation in honey supers for more easy honey extraction.I am so happy that I read this, and I think it's one of those cozy books I'll reread again and again. I guess I never thought I’d get ANY honey at all because the summers on the coast are so windy and cool.

Hopefully they will use this honey to build comb on the new frames you’ve just given them, and the queen will use those to lay eggs in. I really enjoyed the characters and the personalities as well as Sage as the female lead as a whole. It fitted in my book reading schedule amazingly well as a lovely fun and captivating read after a run of much darker books. Our main goal was to provide a place for the bees to live, let them pollinate our flower and vegetable garden, and just take pleasure in watching them do their thing.I liked that the book was fast-paced, and I also found the magic system (and the gargoyles and dragons) all very interesting! After a strong start to spring, we experienced about 2 weeks of temps in the 50s(and sometimes below). Are they preparing to swarm, or are they replacing a non-laying queen, or is the queen I saw possibly a new queen who isn’t laying yet. I loved Sage, and it was so fun seeing my current favorite coffee in a book because it's not super common.It is not too late to get a queen mated, but it is real late to get any honey after requeening delays. That’s all I did (switch box 3 and box 4), but I had to rig up a way to cut the comb that had been built UP from box 2. Well, perhaps a wee bit of gargoyles with secret chambers and underground tunnels; princes and poisons; quests chockfull of adventure…and a tale in which the men are protective of the females rather than possessive.

Its ability to serve as a palate cleanser between more intense books is a testament to its gentle allure.

In my opinion, breaking down queen cells should be followed by measures to stop swarming eg doing an artificial swarm.
