As a single estate rum, the cane was grown, harvested and processed all in the same place, the Pampelmousses Estate in Mauritius. A beautiful bottle to compensate but I have to say, after finishing the rum I refilled the dodo with a litre of another rum and it became very obvious that there was less than a litre in the bottle when I received it.
