This is the isolator on the right outside the bathroom, right? I’ve tried it in both positions. I can’t see a fuse unit anywhere inside or outside the bathroom. I don't think that RCD is for the u/f heating, it's possibly the reason your fan isn't working. Is there a reset button on it? Just press one of the buttons and see if the light comes on.
