I could tie it the first time I watched the video but I would say after 3 attempts, I had it where I was confident that I had it in the right place to be safe to carry Morgana and be comfortable for both of us. This is an accessory as much as a tool, as the sling wraps around your person and affects your overall look. There’s a lot of fabric, which means it can be used with babies, twins and toddlers up to around three years old.

It doesn’t need to be packed away at the end of your pregnancy or nursing journey, you can carry on using it. And most nursing clothing has obvious clasps and buttons, whereas the discreet zip is totally different. It was simple to put on by myself, although I did need some assistance with manoeuvring Matilda into it. The tricky part was getting Matilda out of it, as she was so snug against me – once she was out and put down safely, it was easy to untie the sling.
